Our Mission

We seek to bring culturally responsible and trauma-informed archaeological services in an accessible manner to community.

Our Vision

We work to ensure Nations have full control over their research and data, and will work to find every missing child that was stolen from their home.

Who we are

Our Story

The founding members of askîhk all worked as archaeologists on a variety of different projects in different specialties, and began working together on unmarked graves research work in 2021 as academics. All four co-founders began to focus their time on this work which led to an eventual desire to start our business in 2023. askîhk officially launched in 2024!
